We have a quick resolution from Oracle and OMCS will be completing a rolling bounce of our portal in an effort to resolve the access issues. While this rolling bounce should not impact access for end users, there is the potential for your connection to be dropped. End users will be able to reconnect during this bounce if needed.
We expect this bounce to clear up the issue but if we need to complete additional maintenance activities, we will send an update.
