Enterprise Systems has worked with Oracle on the my WSU performance issues and Oracle has recommended we complete a rolling bounce of our portal environment. We will be starting that process in the next few minutes and do not expect the rolling bounce to impact end user access. However, the rolling bounce may disconnect a few users if they are connected to the server being bounced but will be reconnected once the bounce is completed.
This is expected to resolve the performance issues within myWSU.
